For Windows OS

Step 1

Attach your speakers and headset with your PC.

Step 2

Find the sound option in the taskbar. Next, go to settings.

A new tab will open. Select speakers and make it your primary device.

Below the Recording option, select stereo mix followed by properties.

The main difference is in the settings that you need to change on your Mac computer. You need to first install a separate output device by using System Preferences.

The best part of this method is that you don’t need to opt for a different method for wireless headsets or speakers. 

Unlike the previous method where you need to opt for a new method for Bluetooth enabled devices, here the method stays the same. 

Using a splitter for Mac computers 

A splitter works with Mac computers as well. The first method is for those who need to attach a single headset with their speakers. 

However, if you want to use multiple devices, you need to use a splitter instead. And for wireless headsets and speakers, you can opt for a separate adapter. 

Apart from Windows and Mac computers, this method works for Android devices as well. However, you cannot connect multiple devices by changing the default audio settings. 

For this, you need to opt for a splitter. With a splitter, you can connect multiple speakers and headphones to your Android device.
